Retention deals for Orange PAYG customers?

I've been thinking about moving to Tesco Mobile as they have 5p texts and 15p calls to any UK network on the value tariff. On my orange plan I can pay up to 50p per minute for xnet calls, and 12p for all UK texts.
I was wondering, if I phone up and say I'm moving to Tesco, will they care as I'm not a contract pay monthly customer??
