Just wondering what the rule is here.

I'm riding my bicycle along the right side of the road today, left side of the road is blocked with parked cars for school pickup, all facing forward.

One of the parked cars was signalling right, to turn around, I kept going, but she turned, so from being on the left side of the road, her cars was now at right angles across the road, so I had to stop. I then went round the back of the car.

No harm done, but just want to check that she is supposed to wait for me?

A parked car should never pull out in front of passing traffic.
So yes she should have waited for you.

Sure, but she'll know who's done it when she comes back tomorrow and finds her tyres have been let down. :rotfl:

I think she knows it, chances are she didn't see you, and wouldn't have done it if she had.

    Reminds me of a tale.

1 car park available, Old lady in a Mercedes, fur coat etc.
Young man, Nice looking, red convertable sports carcosts a fortune to run.

Both fight over the space and the young man wins it. He hops over the car door, smiles smugly at the old lady and says 'that', madam is what you can do when your young, fit and agile' Old lady just sets her car off, bashes the sports car, time and time again, its just a wreck.
She just looked at him smugly and said to him 'That, young man, is what you can do when you have money'
