CPW & faulty handset

Hey all,
I upgraded at CPW to the HTC Desire S in August 11.
First handset had faulty power switch, was loose and unresponsive.
This was swapped after one week for a replacement.
That phone from the word go was faulty also. It kept crashing, rebooting, and asking to send crash reports to HTC. So that was swapped after two weeks.
Third phone has worked fine until it just died. Froze up on a black screen, on reboot it froze on splash screen, and when I plugged it in the charging light didn't come on. So it was a paperweight.
Have taken it into CPW who have sent it away for repair. I asked if it was possible to swap for a different model. The guy ummed and ahhhed for a bit then said he would request it at the repair centre (though HTCs are sent to HTC).
Any ideas on if after three handsets in 7 months I have any rights to a switch?
Cheers.
