I got my house insurance through them with cashback.. last month I had £50 cashback from a loan application (that I knew they'd refuse!) credit card applications.. have a look on the 'easy money' there are always bits to grab on there.. the PO credit card gives a decent cashback... only needs to be a 'valid application'

Must admit, i did the PO card thru them, although not sure about the loans/cards tho, might get them all agreed and then i would have sooooooo much temptation, and im nearly at my last loan to pay off!!!! (not going to over pay that one tho, the redemption is a couple of months payments, and its a good rate, so will concentrate on my mortgage once my littlewoods is paid off!)

Well I just transferred another £85 from my paypal account.. it is all coming off the Abbey credit card now.. that is my big baddie this month.. so all my 'extra' cash is coming off there.

My overall balance is still below £20k and I am aiming to keep it that way!

We have some cash I need to get in the bank account, hoping to do that today while in town.. actually I could pay cash for my purchases and put what is left in the bank instead of putting it all on my C/card and paying it when I get home!! now there's insight!

Still waiting for my greasypalm payment and another 2 (3 in total) transfers from paypal (£60, £65 & £85.. my £55 cleared on friday) it is all coming off the infernal credit card and maybe a bit off the mortgage!

thank you scaredy and tigzem.. I have been a bit naughty today and added a little bit to my bhs storecard.. My oldest daughter was pretty desperate for some new stuff to we browsed the sale rails.. I did 'only' spend £80 (on 12 items I think).. and I will be paying it on Wednesday when the tax credits go in.. but using my storecard meant I got 15% discount which is a big saving esp. on sale prices as well.

I also bought boots out of some reduced/discontinued deodourant.. it will all get used and I did get points on that too which is my christmas budget. I am getting pigsback vouchers to use for christmas shopping at boots too.. I just love the fact they sell ELC stuff now!! lol

I am hoping to get some more stuff listed on ebay tomorrow while the children are at church with dad.

Hi, pigpen, didn't know you browsed here as well as flylady. Love your diary; like to read your bits and pieces on flylady so it's nice to have it all in one place here.
You are definitely an inspiration - how do you find time for everything you do with 8 kids?
Congrats on the sub £20 thou!

LOL Choco.. I send them to school!!!!

I've just parcelled up my last 7 ebay parcels.. waiting on 2 payments before the last couple are sent now.

I have another box full to photograph and list which I am hoping to get done shortly.. when I remember where I put the camera!! How come nothing is ever left where I put it???

I can't believe how much I have sold the last 2 months.. I have posted 3 binbags of stuff in the last 2 weeks so in total I have no idea how much has gone.. why is my house not emptier??? The money I have made has paid off one credit card!!!! (american express) Money which would otherwise had to come from our household budget. It is all such a mixture of stuff too!!

My next challenge is paying off my Ace (like studio cards.. I owe them £600 *shame*) Not the highest interest but you can't pay online so I keep forgetting to phone to pay and incur charges for late payments.. so it HAS to go!! I will not pay amy more interest I refuse!!

I am also working on paying odd the debts in my name first.. so I don't have anything to take with me should I decide I don't like the current living arrangement and need out myself.

I have sold masses of stuff over the last 6 months. My house appears no emptier at all! And I can't even remember most of what I sold...shows I didn't really need it in the first place!

Hmmm...it wouldn't really help me to send my children to school if I had eight of them... as that's where I work. DD is in my class so she gets to see me all the time (luckily she thinks that's a good thing!). Anyway i can't see DH agreeing to me having eight children. He's agreed to a third but even that is proving tricky!
