Just package holidays."Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."0 -
Posted at the same time!
It actually works out cheaper for the holiday I've picked to do it the package way and use the code for £150 off.
I have tried going into a few of the branches and asking them to do price beating but they only do price matching, I was hoping to book through a branch to pay a lower deposit as online they ask for £520, but the branches couldn't match the price. I rang the online number and they said they can do the price match and accept a £300 deposit so looks like I will have to do that.If you're going to stalk me, while you're at it can you cut the grass, feed the dog & make sure I've got bread & milk in

My sister is desperately trying to find a holiday but wants to go in the schools hols, either May, end of August or October. If she books the 'unpackaged' way is everything still the same?
Will you still have the exact same holiday as if you had booked the package deal?? Entertainment, facilties etc?If you're going to stalk me, while you're at it can you cut the grass, feed the dog & make sure I've got bread & milk in

Always best to try out all options with Thomson as BYO dont always work out cheaper.
Yep it will all be exactly the same.
We booked a BYO to Tunisia back in November,it worked out alot cheaper and everything was exactly the same as described on the same package holiday."Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."0 -
My sister-in-law and her husband are coming on this holiday with us but are having a hotel room. Their holiday works out cheaper to do as a package than to do it the way we've done it by about £100. So its worth trying both ways to see which is cheaper. But, in answer to your question, Zoeleigh, the facilities will all be the same whichever way you book. We will be on the same transfer bus as our relatives and have everything else the same.0

If Thomson don't get their act together very quickly then the next time I have anything to do with them it'll be in court.0 -
