That'll be the E-Commerce Regulations - if they trade online there is a list of information they must provide to consumers and one of those things is an email address.

As far as Co-Op Insurance is concerned; not for much longer. The general insurance business is officially 'for sale' in order to help plug the hole in the Co-Op Bank.:)

When dealing with any company, you can't go far wrong writing to them at their registered office (as per Companies House - searchable online). The registered office is an address for receipt of all legal communications.
