@Elvisia I get products that don't match my skin even in UK! I have ordered a couple of memeboxes but I haven't received them yet. Once I try the products I 'll let you know. But I haven't ordered any make-up, I am interested in skincare. Does your South Korean friend use the british products?

@princessmoneysaver In my opinion this is one of the best boxes! You can choose the products that you want, it's cheap and usually good value. Popular items are sold out within a day!

My Korean friend had Korean products which were all wrong for my skin, and her hair products was a thick wax that made her hair look stunning - really shiny - so I tried a tiny bit on my hair (I have thin but lots of it) and it looked like I'd put chip fat on it. But I'd be really interested to know what the products are like but I have so many products I've ended up giving some of mine away - I mustn't order anything else.

The YouBeauty boxes are great but yes they do sell out really quickly, you have to get up early on the morning of the first day to get what you want! I got the Louise Galvin conditioner last time and it's amazing, my hair just looks incredible. I am plotting to buy some more of it when finances allow. Just trying to find the best price for it.

I really liked the hair products, left my hair really soft and shiny. I've still a few other boxes to review but have tried various skin care and makeup from the boxes and all worked well so far.

For anyone interested in NerdBlock Jnr (ok, not beauty box but there's not a separate subscription boxes thread!), daughter received hers and was delivered quickly. There was 6 items;

Littlest Pet Shop figure (with magnetic hair brush which closes eyes of the figure)
Barbie Megablok kit (hamster)
Skylander pencil topper
Two phone danglers - supermario and angry birds.
"owl" magazine

According to a few other bloggers, the boys box was almost the same but pet shop replaced by Ben 10 figures and barbie by a Spider-Man torch.

Daughter was thrilled with the Barbie and LPS figure. Other items, not so much but excitement factor was priceless!

I just had a MyGeek box arrive, I emailed asking about a previous box and they were really helpful! I managed to get a July box for my son probably the best value box overall we have had!

Latest in Beauty has another offer. This time you get both the mascara and the hand cream for free instead of just one of the two... I don't think that this is fair for the people that used the previous offer... even if now you have to spend 14.99 instead of 9.95... The code is BLUES14, valid till 31/8 or while stock lasts.

I am a bit disappointed with geekbox... I ordered it as a present for my boyfriend and I received (spoiler in white) Hodor... I would have preferred any other game of thrones character! The t-shirt was ok, not very excited about the post cards and the book mark. The harry potter sweets are fun! For me this box would be worth its money if I had received a different character.

i forgot to get the offer so kinda glad now, still have everything in my basket which comes to £14, so just going to add one more thing to get the 2 free items. definitely not fair on the people who only got 1 free item especially as most probably spend over £15 anyway
