Ps Birchbox still on missing list. According to tracker it's not even left the citylink warehouse.
BB boxes are fab, but sadly they use yodel. I avoid shopping with companies that do- their service is shockingly bad.0 -
Still waiting on bb too, but mines always delivered by royalmail, but tracking numbers and useless for citipost0

Just Had my Birchbox delivered LOVE IT!!
In Mine was the :Beauty Blender , Caudalie Day Perfect Fluid, Naobay Body Lotion, How bout them apples cheek cream and a lovely dark turquoise opi very pleased, think I prefer the BirchBox over the Glossy Boxes always seems a bit more polished0 -
I think that's exactly what I'm getting when (if) my box ever gets here!0

I chased them up a few days, getting a message that they are experiencing a high volume of enquiries. They are sending a replacement out to me. Wonder if there has been a general problem this month?
I definitely think there's been an issue. Mine was being resent too (this was on Friday) but still no box. My email sent yesterday requesting an update hasn't even had the usual automated reply (so I don't know if it was even recieved) and my message to them on Facebook shows that it's been read but no reply. Not even a "we'll get back to you". I'm trying to be patient but it's frustrating and if it's going to be like this every month it's not worth the hassle... (I also note they got the PR Sample boxes out without hassle and before dispatch day :mad:!)0 -
I had to tweet them in the end, I emailed and had heard nothing for 4 days!0

glad im no the only one still waiting. never had a problem with birchbox before now. worst of it is ive looked at my surveys and love what im getting. just hope i still get same products if they have to send a replacement.0

Exactly the same worry I have. I will be complaining if I don't get the right items as I've been pretty patient and not really grumbled up to now...0 -

Me too. I have just screenshotted my surveys and I will not be happy if I get substitutes. One item in particular I really want.
Maybe Birchboc should be a little bit more open about whatever the issue is this month.0
