I am really ticked off with LMB..

When May's boutique opened I didn't fancy any of the boxes, so I emailed immediately and asked to skip the month (if I want notebooks I'll go to Staples, not sign up for a beauty box). They replied that it was fine but then took the money anyway. When I queried this they said I was too late to stop the payment being taken and my credit would roll into June.


June comes and they have taken more money.

I don't actually fancy any of Junes boxes either- I don't think they are worth the money. Have ordered one anyway.

When I have used the credit I have I will be cancelling... Most disappointed.

I just paid for 3 LMB boxes and have had my last of those now. I better check that they don't just switch me to a rolling monthly subscription though as I'm not going to continue unless July's looks substantially better (which I doubt)!

I received- Eye shadow brush, nail strengthener, hair souffle, quad concealer and Roger and Gallet sample
It isn't too bad!
