I've been the same trying out all the offers, they're well worth it, but I'm just sticking to Amarya and Glossybox long-term.
I think it's unlikely that you'd get CB multiple times, you could try using quidco, I think they are doing cashback, you could also possibly try a TCB account in a different name?0 -

Hiya, all the boxes available are listed on post 1 of this thread. The 2 best deals at the moment are:
Shesaid - using topcashback for the cashback (£4.50), then the discount code SSB25OFF for a 25% discount
Glossybox - using topcashback for the cashback (£7), then the discount code BIRTHDAYPROMO for free P&P
Although if you think you would stick with Glossybox in the long term there is a £50 cashback at tcb for a year's subscription which is a huge saving.
I'm assuming you have used cashback sites like topcashback before?
I would also recommend Amarya beauty boxes, particularly if like alot of us on here you like to use natural & organic products. On post 173 on page 9 of this thread I talk about a referral offer.

It depends on what you want - there are specialised boxes like Amarya (natural) and Amitee (for darker skintones) , boxes where you can see what you're getting before you buy like Latest In Beauty, or all the other random boxes.
I get Amarya because I only use all-natural products, so the other boxes are no good to me if they're going to contain face creams from brands that aren't natural etc.
Your best best is to use the Facebook links, have a Google or check through this thread to find out what has been in previous boxes. That will give you an idea of the kinds of things available and might help you decide.
It's not necessarily the cheapest box that is the best value, if you see what I mean. Definitely use codes and cashback but make sure you are buying the best box for you - otherwise you're not actually saving money.Living with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0 -
hi,
thanks for the advice!
I think ill start off slowly, so maybe the per month or 3 month one, see how i feel after that, but i kept reading this waiting to hear negative and i never did!:p
Yeah im familiar with CB sites -normally quidco, but have used TCB before.

all the boxes have different markets so it depends which you fit into most. this is what i think of the ones I've had:
amarya is my fave but if you don't like natural products then give it a wide berth. they also promise one full size a month (the only one to promise full size, the rest are "sample service") and promise the £10 (+ P&P) box will be worth at least £20, most average about £25. they are the best for customer service, always post on/around the same date each month and keep you informed of the date.
Latest in beauty are very good. their customer services is excellent, you can choose which samples you want and can choose to buy as much and as little as you want off them. their themed boxes are usually cheaper than the main monthlies and they show you exactly what is in them before you buy so its never a surprise.
glossy box are the biggest but people do have issues with them. their customer service has had bad reports, they send out boxes with differing values so there will always be "good box" and "bad box" each month but they do seem to be able to pull in the bigger name brands. on the plus side, there is pretty much always some form of discount code going around for them so if you cancel and resub each month you won't pay full price and they usually have boxes left after they have been posted so you can hang fire, look at the box reviews and decide if you want it after seeing the contents.
joliebox are hit and miss. they are dogged with lateness problems and the delivery is one of the slowest but they have in the past had products none of the other companies have had that were more hard to find. they have just repeated a load of GB products though! you have to be subscribed before the box is posted and they won't send more out after they have been posted so you do take your chance with them each month.

Well, I am really angry with myself  because I just ordered the SSB box
The lure of cashback and 25% off was too much for me after seeing the Inika lip whip in this month's box.
No doubt next month will be a little box of chemicals and more bloody false lashes and I will have wasted my pennies but I thought I'd chance it.
DEFINITELY cancelling SSB and Lux Box next month though. I am convinced Lux Box was only so good because it was their first and they are trying to tempt people in.
We shall see.......................:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Living with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0 -

they assume that if you sign up, you want every box and it will work like a magazine subscription, charged and sent every moth until you say otherwise. if you got this months box, you could cancel it when you've received it, then set up a new subscription with another but if you did nothing it would work on a rolling basis and you would get charged the month after. if you are going to box hop, the best thing to do is cancel the minute you receive the box but you'd have to be on top of all the different polices and cut off dates for next months, e.g. amarya have a cut off date of the 21st the month before, so if you want junes box, you have to be subscribed by midnight on the 21st may or you will get julys.0
