Ive had an absolute nightmare with Eswin since feb 2001. From the delivery to non successfully contacting Mr Thomas etc etc.
However my persistence has paid off. I needed a new cartridge but couldn't log in to the customer area of Eswin's website. After many phone call attempts I got through to France and the lady said to email (commercial@eswin.co.uk) my: surmane, christian name, proof of purchase (email invoice) and serial number of my machine (found underneath). They then reset my password. I then purchased a new cartridge which arrived in record time. Yes you have to pay the postage etc but the e-one really is worth it. I then struggled to find the codes to input for the new cartridge to work. Again I persisted with emailing and eventually today I have received the two codes. To be fair the lady in France actually phoned me because she didn't understand fully my latest email and talked me through the process. It turned out that they were having problems with their site. I eventually have my codes!
Phew!! Any more advice needed?
