Sky Marketing Preference

My Sky went off on the 15th Feb, since then I havent heard anything from sky regards to any offers into tempting me back.

When I cancelled I informed the guy to keep me on the marketing list, he said its done.

Anyway yesterday I checked my account online and under marketing all the boxes were ticked saying NO i dont wish to receive any offers etc..
I tried to untick them but it just throws up an error each time. I have rang sky and they are saying they also cannot untick them as my account is not active.

What do I do?

Was gettin !!!!ed off with this so sent an email off to good ol jeremy.

One of his cronies rang me back she has offered me any package half price for 12 months and a new 1TB box for £99 with free install. I also dont need to take the HD mix off £10.25 for this deal.

Quite happy with this deal. Just need to sell my old box now to recoup some of the cash.

What do u guys reckon is it a decent deal?

Its as good as you will probably get although personally would have asked for multi room and HD to be thrown in and the box at £49.
