EZEE DSL/186 k BROADBAND-HAVE THEY GONE BUST OR ARE THEY JUST USELESS? IT AIN'T EZEE

I have had no broadband supplied for six days and Ezee (it is not ) 186.k does not answer my emails and neither does it have a working telephone support line ( if you call you get "unobtainable") - and their forum does not seem to work either. Are they going bust like Fast 24 whose accounts they took over(including mine) or just plain poor service? In addition they claimed they would provide speed upgrades from 2Meg to 8 Meg on transferring to them and after months I have (prior to no service at all this week) slower speeds at 256K.

Thanks for any info on them or how to get a result. Since they don't answer I don't know how I get a MAC code to move either.

Thanks- I tried that over the weekend but my membership has not yet been accepted by the adminstrator and the forum posts seem quite old- another odd sign about their company health I thought.
