Hi Ecolle, funny that you should pop up to the top of the boards. I have just made some Tuscan Bean & Pasta Soup for tomorrow's lunch and went to have a search to see which thread I found the recipe on and it was yours
I foolishly didn't read down far enough to the bit that said If you are going to freeze don't add the pasta but never mind, I will eat it for my lunches for the rest of the week. Unfortunately no fresh basil so I've had to go for the dry stuff - fingers crossed but thank you for your recipe. AG :j

Thank AG, hope you enjoy it, it's one of my favourites, cooked a batch last week and only 2 tubs left in the freezer:)
Been onto my surveys last night and this morning and nothing doing:( also having issues getting a pay out from crowdology, i've got enough to request a payout but it just keeps saying failed, anyone know if there's any issues with paypal/crowdology?
Right, have done the sewing basket this morning and finally got outside the back door after the snow has melted and gave it a good wash and sweep with a hard brush, my goodness it was filthy! So going to cross off some jobs and also plan out the jobs i want to get done today, bit late i know but little one and me have had a lovely morning playing with jigsaws and trying to learn numbers, so far she seems to understand 4 and 9 and thinks it's really funny that the 6 and 9 look the same if you tip them / yourself upside down.0 -
Right, so far i have...
...tidied the under sink cupboard, cleaned the hob, set the washer going with the descaler in so nice shiny washer soon:), left the bathroom taps, loo and shower descaling (wrapped with cotton wool soaked in vinegar), put a new vac fresh into the hoover ready for whizzing round the ground floor, emptied the compost caddy and replaced bag, put the recycling out...cuppa i think!0 -
Ok, coffee break over, off to sort lunch for little one before she wakes up, maybe run the hoover round too. Got to go to the little shops after lunch as need some sugar and margarine so going to take little one for a walk at the same time, maybe call at the local park for a few minute run around also. Then after i've done her tea it'll be time for us to pick up hubby from work and then off to visit family. Do you know what, very often i get to the end of the day and feel as though i've accomplished nothing, but actually i do do quite a lot when i take the time to really think about it.0

Soup was scrummy - really pleased that there is more left for tomorrow and it is definitely going to go on my list for a repeat performance.
I think you're being very hard on yourself thinking you have done nothing - you sound very industrious to me!! :j
PS. Hope you don't mind but I've posted your recipe on the MFW Recipe thread - with a credit to you of course4 February 2014 - Mortgage Free

No i don't mind AG, i love that recipe, i did originally steal it from a slimming world book, so can't take all the credit.
I felt like i did do really well yesterday and have the flylady thread to thank, it really gives my a kick up the bum when i need it.
Today it is a bit miserable here but i am enjoying a quiet start to the day as little one has decided to have a lay in:) Once she wakes up i'm going to do breakfast, then we're heading to a local play group (if she wakes in time) then home for lunch, play time, then hopefully a long nap:) then it gives me time for jobs. I think while i'm out this morning i might pick up some flowers for my mum for her birthday. She loves flowers but would never treat herself so i have to do it for her...i'm very like my mum i think:)
Well, Good Morning to you (say this outloud in a Miranda voice, always makes me smile) and on with the day!0 -
I get told I'm like my Mum all the time - drives me mad although I know it shouldn't because she is really very sweet but as Mum's do she does drive me bonkers sometimes!! Flowers sound like what I call...a lovely idea. Bear with :rotfl:

Right, so today i have
Done a wash load of all the scatter cushion covers from the sofas, the main covers i shall attempt to do tomorrow if the weather is good. I have fed clothed and played with little one and taken her out to see other little people at a local play group, i have baked apricot buns...and iced them!, i have wiped the sides, done the hoovering, washed up...twice...i have cleaned the sink, re-wiped the hob and cleaned all of the downstairs windows on the outside, and 2 of them on the inside too, i have continued to scrub at the concrete outside the back door in an attempt to remove all traces of muck and moss, this is still ongoing:)
Off for a cuppa and sit down with my book, while little one is napping.

Evening guys, hope you are all well. I have had a lovely day with little one and my mum today. Made lunch for her then we took a good walk round the park and fed the ducks and geese, then home for a cuppa and an apricot bun. Yummy!
Right, £125 OP to go out to the mortgage tomorrow, hoping that the £10 comes through from halifax account by Monday so can write a cheque out for another £15 hopefully.
Surveys update, paid out from crowdology, only need 15 more points for my first payout from global test market, so hoping that i should be able to get that either tomorrow or Saturday, Ipsos and Valued Op seem to have gone all quiet and One Poll is ticking along. Finally hit 1000 on YougGov, wish they would pay out in £10's rather than £50's, oh well, only another 4000 to go:)
Off to check ebay and surveys once more before heading up to bed.
Night x0 -
Morning all, well, rubbish nights sleep for me, feeling a tad grumpy this morning, can't motivate myself today. Although i have been playing with the savings interest calculators to cheer myself up:)
Not sure what to do with myself today. Little one is teething and every so often erupts into a fit of crying and shoves her whole hand into her mouth, thank goodness we've not got many teeth to go, i'm bored of it so she must be totally fed up. Have tried 4 surveys now to hit the last 15 points i need for cashing out on global test market but no luck, keep getting screened out.
Have been offered a product test though from another site so pleased about that:)
Right...nope can't be bothered...off to read diaries:)0
