Thanks for the eBay fees calculator. I usually estimate that the final value plus postage.....after all fees and actual postage have been taken it is usually about 70% of the cost left (so 30% in fees/postage) as a rough guide.
Good luck with your housework0 -
Well i stole the fees calculator offf someone else, i did thank them though:)
Tea tonoght is gnocchi with sweet garlic, tomato and olive oil and salad.
Need to write up a new menu tonight for next week, plus do the shopping list as am going to get that tomorrow, also treating myself to having my nails done:) I have broken up for a weeks holiday so can have them done andit not break the rules, lovely!0 -

Popped onto music magpie and it was saying please verify bank for payment, bit naughty that they didn't email me to tell me this:( but good that in 2-3 days we'll have the £29.91 they owe us:)0
-
I love your menus ecoelle:smileyheaFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)
MND - Let's go for 2020 'cos it's got a nice ring to it:D
C'mon nattypants:cool:0 -
Ah, thanks NP, i'm trying to vary them a bit, we seem to eat the same stuff all the time. But when i make a batch of something i guess you have to eat it more often, otherwise you'd never use it up. Think i might do the roast pots tonight with the sausages and bean casserole.
Off to town in a bit to pay £20 off the mortgage so the OP pot will be showing a lot less:( but at least it's going to the right place and not off shopping or something.
Had to do my first ebay refund last night, i totally understood the point that the buyer made and they were really understanding so it was fine but a bit annoying as it will come out of the account soon and it means that the music magpie money will have to help pay the bills instead of being used as an OP. I might be able to salvage a bit of it but not the whole £29.91 so a bit grumpy about that.
Hoping to see my mum and a friend to day as well, so little chance of any flying, feel like i lost the motivation this week, ah well, if little one has a morning nap i might fit in a hob and loo clean:)
Hope everyone is well in the money saving world and be back soon:)0 -
Another £20 paid off the mortgage. The woman behind the counter was a bit annoyed i think, as i was paying cash, they have to pay it into the branch's general account then print a cheque out to then pay into my mortgage account, seems a bit long winded but that's not my fault:)
Spent a lovely dy with my mum, got treated to a nice pasty for lunch (vegan aduki bean) and then had a friend visit with her little one this afternoon, managed to get her to sign up with 2 of my survey sites so that's £2 more on my survey acounts:)0 -
Off to bed now, happy with the mortgage payment today. Going to try for another £10 by the end of October, this could be possible if the ebay money i'm owed ever gets paid:) hoping the buyers will have paid by tomorrow, if not then i'm going to get grumpy. How can people bid at the last minute then not pay? they must be online watching it? anyway, off to bed to figure out where i'm going to find £9.170
