Orange extra charged me?

So I just took a 24 mth contract with orange and I am in my first month now. It is a Panther contract, I was just checking my usage for my last 5 days online and I just noticed an charge of 8.334 pounds with the description "other items". This is not texts, call or data, just other items. I haven't applied for no extra service or extra bundle or anything, just used my phone to call and browse the net. What can that cost be? I still have plenty mins texts and data remaining from my allowance so what could that be? I called them and they said they dont know now, they told me to wait my bill to be ready and to call them after that... !!!!!!???

When you 1st start the contract the billing cycle does not start on the date, so pro rata you will have 1 or 2 weeks max, hence why charges may have occured.

well my billing date is on 15, i received the contract on 13th and they issued and prior bill for the dates 13-15 March. So I already have been issued my first bill that includes the extra days. This cost is apart form my pay per month plan for the second month, it is like i have an subscription to something or stuff like that but i dont have anything since i didnt opted for anything within the last 5 days

well if they did they sure didn't asked me anything... The phone was purchased thru phones4u so i dont think they can just add phone insurance like that without asking me stuff about my phone and if i want it or not. I am now expecting an answer from orangehelpers and will get back to you with more details after i get a reply from them
