So I guess I can have a spending spree now and then say the agreement isn't enforcable, but I value my credit report, so I will not.

    I value my self-respect so I won't either.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

Have a read of the OP previous posts :/

Really wish people would take responsibility for their debt, yes seek the advice of debt charities but don't try to keep trying to wriggle out of any debt you have run up by grasping at straws.

Only good point (apart from everyone else having to pay for that persons debt) is that the offender will never have credit again. Just hope all the £160 wriggled out of here and there is worth the loss of a mortgage and other financial services later on.

MSE is not about helping people to avoid debt, its about helping people to deal with debt in my opinion.

Puts the tin hat on and awaits the barrage.

And above all things this is the best quote on this thread.

If you run up a debt and cannot cope then talk to your creditors and seek advice from a debt charity to repay how and what you can.

Don't try and weasel out of what you owe on some technicalities spouted on the internet and expect people who end up paying for your refusal to pay to be all polite and comforting.

Over the years. Ive seen some great posters who have managed their debt and put their hands up and admit what they owe and they get the support they deserve on MSE.

There are people in the middle who have genuine complaints and these often get upheld with the creditor (and rightly so).

Then there are the posters who will try anything to avoid paying what they owe.

A marvellous first contribution to the boards there. Late, irrelevant and unecessary use of smilies.

I concur with your observation. <click>

I wonder if the OP will ever come back and let us know how the claim went, and how much they paid for the "services".

Going by her post history she had togo for a IVA, seems like she just wanted everything for nothing.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
