i also owe premier man 900 pound which i pay 60 pound a month but 25 pound of that goes to service charges:mad:i just thought someone could recommend a borrower i could talk to first before doing a credit checkWell you could try apply for a loan with another mainstream lender. As you have no relationship with any other banks then its difficult to suggest any 1 in particular.
But if you are declined again then I wouldn't keep applying to lots of different places.
If your current debts are only £3500 and the purpose of borrowing is so you just repay 1 figure a month then you could try applying for £3500 rather than £5k. You might find it easier to be accepted for a lower amount.
Or depending on what APR you car finance is at you might want to just try applying for a loan to repay your provident loans.0 -
yes nationwide say i can have a credit card with 2000 pound on it to pay of one debt at 0% apr for 18 months but i would have liked to pay them all off and then have one monthly bill.Well you could try apply for a loan with another mainstream lender. Will Provident and/or the car finance provider accept payment by credit card?yes nationwide say i can have a credit card with 2000 pound on it to pay of one debt at 0% apr for 18 months but i would have liked to pay them all off and then have one monthly bill.
I think you've accounted for £4,400 (£2K + £1.5K + £900) of the £5K wanted. What's the other £600 for?0 -
Zopa have a soft search option like nationwide - which means they'll give you an indication as to whether you would likely be accepted and at what APR without doing a full crdit application search on your credit file.
Whether you have enough credit history for them to accept you I'm not sure.
If you can get another loan and if provi will accept repayment by credit card (not sure if thats likely?) then the 0% card would definitely be a sensible option. It might not put all your debt into 1 place but it will put your most expensive debt to a cheap deal which should make things much more managable for you.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
