You had beter luck with the linksys helpdesk than I did then! My router wasn't working and all they kept saying was 'have you put the password in correctly?' - Yes I put the *&!!&^ password in correctly!

No they were excellent even thogh it was an indian call centre. I asked them how long they worked a day and he said he had started at 17:00 and he finished at 0700 the next day! Thats some sort of hours! Maybe you caught them when they were due to finish their marathon shift!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
