I have had a number of threatening emails from them and I have registered a complaint with BPA. Everyone who has had dealings with this company should do the same...if they get enough penalty points from the BPA they can be suspended or even struck off for misconduct/unfair behaviour....it's worth a try to get these idiots out of the free car parks! Minute 1 - Sadly we've had to kick out Highway Parking for getting too many points by allowing appeals
Minute 2 - We welcome Highways Parking as a new member, they are a new company formed a few days ago from the staff from the old Highway Parking company.

Hi,
I have recieved a fine from Highview Parking for £75. I had parked for Just over 4hrs at Beacon Hill Bletchley in Milton Keynes. I recieved a letter today. Am worried.....but feel I'm not going to pay as they are scammers? Is this correct?

It is. They haven't got a legal leg to stand on, and you should ignore everything you receive (except signed stamped court papers, but you won't get those unless they are delivered by a flying pig).

Typical thoughts that newbies have in error, about these fake PCNs:

They think it's a real parking fine = WRONG.

They think because the DVLA release the registered keeper's data that the PPC must have some sort of authority = WRONG.

They think that because major retailers like Supermarkets use these firms that it 'can't be a scam' = WRONG.

They think that a debt collector can/will call round = WRONG.

They believe the empty threats in the 'debt collector' letters = WRONG.

They think that it may affect their credit rating = WRONG.

Just play snap with the letters, it's EASY. I am an ordinary wife and Mum with a responsible job and clean credit record and I have ignored 2 fake PCNs. I would very happily collect more and laughed when I got both of mine.
