Bread maker vs shop bought bread

i love my breadmaker if you are going to buy one get one with a delay timer as there is nothing better than waking up to the smell of fresh bread mmm.
i personally dont get on with supermarket bread as makes me bloat but never had this problem with homemade bread, it really makes you wonder what they put in it.
me and oh worked out with either supermarket flour or allinsons with the bread maker a large loaf costs about 40-60p (depends on seeded, white, wholemals etc), although since we got it we actually eat less bread as the stuff you make is more filling and lasts longer. if we buy flour from the local watermill a loaf is about 60-80p max. also great to use just on the dough setting and experiment with adding stuff in like olives/sun dried tomatos etc, makes great pizza and speciality bread
if you get a bread maker you wont look back......... hope it helps0
