I need some help please and hope someone on here tonight can help me
I bought a pack of Asda Chosen For You Chicken and Bacon Slice
DS4 Took a big bite then started yelling in pain, having spat out the piece of pie, we noticed blood on it. He had bitten on a 1/4 " peice of chicken bone that had stabbed into his gum
A) Do I go back to the storeSend said pie to Asda HO
C) Send them an email
I've looked for their address and email and can't find it
ANy suggestions?
First thing you do before you do anything is gather proof. Take pictures of the pie, the bone, the bleeding, anything you think of.
Personally I would be emailing them or calling them, I would take it above the store as it is a higher matter.

I know when I've emailed them in the past they've taken 3 or 4 days to get back to me, so I'd be inclined to call them and I imagine they would tell you to go back to the store

A few years back my husband was cut by a piece of sharp green plastic which was in a somerfield pizza. (It looked like green pepper) It actually stuck in the roof of his mouth
I posted the plastic to their HO explaining what had happened and said how I was relieved it was an adult rather than a child who'd eaten it!
They sent me £30 vouchers and a really nice apology.
That was then though, before the days of doing everything via the internet.
If I were you, I would be inclined to take a photo of the bone and the packaging and send it in an email and see what their response is. if you are not satisfied, you still have the evidence should you wish to take it furtherMy husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -
Does anyone know-If there's a £5 off a £40 spend in the Express tomorrow, can I use that at the same time as the £5 off a £40 till spit?
TIAWas wondering that. Seconded.yes guppy you can use them together:T:T:T:T:T:T:j:j:j
Agreed. Yes - assuming they have different barcodes (and that is very likely as one is a tillspit), then both can be used on the same £40 shop, SA willing. The T tillspit one will recognise a £40 spend, but usually the newspaper ones are just a £5 MOC so would likely scan on a lesser spend.0 -
