Just heard news about woman in York setting herself on fire messing about transferring petrol to jerry cans in herKitchen, she had her gas on as well. I cant beleive some of the panic buying seems to me all down to statements made by government, what an utter shambles, I know what she did was stupid but how awful for her and her family

On the M&S wines, does it only work on french wines with a 50% off banner?
I keep checking back, but not really sure what I'm looking for lol

the wines to look out for are
    valmont rose 2010
    gold label pinot noir 2010
    bordeaux classic sauvignon blanc 2009
domainnes olivettes vin de pays merlot
    cyrise picpoul de pinot

i found them by going on wine direct clearance but there is none in stock at the moment. it works out about £11 a case for white and rose and £14 a case for red when you buy more than one for 25% discount to kick in
  • Huggies available now on facebook guys!

    Morning all!!

Just breathed a sigh of relief! Youngest got in to the primary school we were after (The same as her older siblings) There is such a shortage of places here at the moment I was quite concerned she may not get in, but got the confirmation email :D

I have soooo much to do but no time and even less enthusiasm to do it!! Hope everyone has a good day and :grouphug: to all those who need them.
    xxxx

That's great news, such a relief! My dd has been given second choice but have now learned as our first choice is in a different county we have to wait and see if we get that instead! Another few weeks nail biting

Morning all! Everyone ok? Very dull and chilly day here, such a shame after those few days of glorious weather :(

Off to see my friend in hospital later so looking forward to hopefully cheering her up a bit :)

Just back from taking the cats for their boosters, lovely vet called Joe who's the one that's offered to help with my insurance claim.

Both cats are fine but he reckons Rumple might now be completely blind, basically I should watch him in very light conditions and if his pupils don't change he is completely blind. I said I was sure they still did narrow but either way his vision is quite reduced (which I knew already). But it's not something to get upset over, he's a happy and otherwise healthy cat and cats rely very little on their vision anyway!

URGENT -dont like to be bearer of bad news but Game is in administration and this menas that they will NOT be accepting any gift cards so your son will not be allowed to spend it in store. ( if you google on line for game administration gift card you will find more info and you can try writign to the administrators to get a refund but it is NOT guaranteed!)

Sounds like the dull weather is hitting lots of places - we still have wall to wall sunshine so I am off out to enjoy it while I can catch you all later
