Just popped on to say good morning all. I am enjoying shopping with Knife Vouchers, conditional spend £5.00 vouchers and JTD vouchers. I managed to get a £42.00 odd spend down to about £2.00 other day and got my daughter a knife and a chopping board!!. I was looking for some flour in my cupboard yesterday and realised I had a guest ( a mouse). So I had to throw out a lot of packets etc that it had nibbled. I anti bact the whole cupboard including all the tins. I actually found 4 tins of red salmon from the DTD days, 7 jars of pickled onions!!! and 7 tins tuna also from DTD. Any ideas of any recipes for using the salmon-maybe a pate or something?

Hi Rose you could make fish cakes they are really easy to make with tinned fish
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

I might give them a try this evening. I will call my sister for her recipe as she is a chef! Thanks
BTW has anyone thought of any good glitches for the Price Drop vouchers yet?

Just seen this on the coupon thread. Cant get head around it

Kleenex Facial Cloths 30 pack £1.32 in S's.
    Print two vouchers.
    Buy four packs £1.32 x 4 = £5.28
Check person scans voucher for £2.99, if manually changes price, say you changed your mind and you no longer want the 4 packs and keep the vouchers for next time.
    If scans through at £2.99
    £5.28 cost.
    Minus £2.99 x 2 = £5.98
=70p negative balance. Remember to buy something else to bring it into a positive balance. Possibly JTD on over £20 spend depending on shopping combination as 99p in T's.

The Kleenex vouchers are for Sainsbobs only - they state buy one get one free my guess is that it must say up to the value of £2.99 so they are hoping that the SA will see that and put the coupon as being £2.99 - only a guess though perhaps someone else may know more as they are £1.99 in my MrS
    Morning all

Feeling rather carp this morning. Dad has his ct scan this morning then an appointment later in the afternoon to find out what it is and what they'll be doing about it. Feeling rather scared at the moment. Been trying to stay positive but it's not easy, especially when they seem to be planning for the worst... Suppose everyone deals with things in different ways. I just hate being so far away, I'll just be sat by the phone waiting for a call.

It is so hard not to worry - I was fast tracked through the system when they discovered a shadow on my knee and had to get a nuclear imaging scan I was petrified waiting for the results but it found nothing. Have you got something you can do or a friend you can visit to while the time away (assuming you have a mobile for them to contact you on) - thinking of you hun and let us know when you get the call :grouphug:

You can't make someone love you. All you can do is
stalk them & hope they panic & give in
