Sorry I was only trying to help and post a possible dtd. It's totally up to anyone to try if they do wish if bogof is still being advertised.

As I said I did get dtd on the coke yesterday that had a similar thing with bogof finished and new lower price. All I know is what the helpful sa told me doesn't matter how much you were charged if bogof is advertised and doesn't work on till then it is an overcharge and dtd applies! Other sa tried to say about the price difference then and suggested that I get charged the extra but other sa told her you can't do that and it doesn't matter bogof should have come off because labels were there so dtd applies.
