    Evening all!

    The purple bars have flamin' disappeared from my local, SELs and all!! Mind you it took them quite a long while to work that pricing error out :rotfl:

    Some more veg and bakery whoopsies, nothing mad.

    Went to Comet about the iron and had a long discussion with the manager, I can see his point and what he was saying but I'm not happy so I will take it up with head office. Not going to inform the OFT as everything he told me was completely legal just underhand and suspicious sounding! :mad:

    Anyway I got the price match thing so got it for T's and JL's price of £14.98 instead of £19.99.

    Panic-buying in full swing again today at the petrol pumps, me sat there just trying to get places and getting stuck in big long queues every which way :mad:

    Have worked out my coupon and conditional spend shop which should hopefully produce a nice £10.72 JTD if everything's in stock, my first proper go at doing this so I hope it works :D

    How on earth would you get DTD?

    BOGOF ticket £2.09 each. (ended 27th)
    Buy two and get charged £2. You won't get DTD as you saved yourself 9p compared to the previous offer.
    OF course she should. they are advertised at £1 +b1g1f so it works out at 50p each hth:D

    Hope is not a strategy.

    You would get dtd because bogof was advertised and it didn't come off on the till, doesnt matter if new price says £1 and old was £2.09 if label for bogof were there whatever price it goes through at your still supposed to get the bogof so charged £2 for 2 was overcharged by £1 get dtd of £2 = free

    Hth

    OMG, I would love to have seen this! If I ever see a crazy man diving into bins I will know who he is ;)

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    Thankfully he doesn't go to T's very often.
    And he says he'd like to point he's not crazy, he's a womble!
    Can't say he doesn't take an intrest in my 'hobbies' though :D

    I couldn't believe it when he told me, I honestly thought he was pulling my leg until he goes into his pocket and pulls out a wad of reciepts. What a brass neck! Shall report back tomorrow when the price checks come in ;)
