'Gullible' I am ... just phoned HO and they say store was within their right to refund JTD cos I wasn't OC'd ... just an OOD promotion. If the offer was still valid and it didn't kick in then I would have got DTD.

I would ring back and complain again, whether it's out of date promotion or not it's still an overcharge and if it's an overcharge it's DTD.

    Go for it.

Not a single source on the shelf in Sain's H@stings. Other half had to drop me off to walk in as the road entrance is full of people queuing to get into the petrol station so you can drive into the store.

NOTE: He wrote in Red pen on it  "O/C £24" So I'm not too sure whether to risk it or not. Or to cross it out:D

Tiny you're such an :AYou must definitely didn't bring the thread down and there's absolutely no need for appologies! You're more than entitled to 'one of those days' with everything you've been dealing with. You should never feel the need to appologise for venting and using this community for what it does best, as should nobody else :) So pleased you're feeling brighter today and your new haircut's perked you up :T

Woooo and congrats on the wine deal! :T

Thanks Fudge_cake for your kind words you too are an :A. Glad to hear your bloods were ok and the oxytetracycline not having any adverse affect. Shame it's not made any difference yet though, I noticed a difference within a few days and I'm guessing been couple of weeks for you now? Does your skin at least feel less irritated? Hope you get it sorted somehow, I know too well how awful it makes you feel. Walked mum to hairdresser in wheelchair this afternoon and I have come back with nice bright red nose, forgot to put any sunblock on. :o

I am so going to be in OHs good books when he see the wine, fantastic deal, nice merlot and pinot noir. Getting a bit low on the Cono sur one from Ts last year so timed well. I must not order anymore though as now have well over 60 bottles from last 3 orders (though the one that arrived today beats them all) and whats left from Ts glitches or DTDs. I need a wine cellar. Might pinch Frequents bunker. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Noticed from my local echo that people have started panic buying food. I'm sure most of us on here wont need to join that frenzy thank goodness. Felt really bad joining the petrol one this morning but needs must and do not want to be apart from DDs over Easter. :)

I would second that! Many people, myself included have DTD with OOD labels. Give them another call you will get someone else this time who will hopefully have a different view/training.
    Happy days

I would agree. I have not had to deal with them personally but from previous experience with similar circumstances I would suggest you call again and try again speaking with a new person.

Sometimes you reach a bad egg on the first try.

Flo Flo, glad it went well today, hope you have someone with you this evening as a shoulder to cry on if need be.
Mr S have had an e mail from HO saying not to accept Wrights vouchers as they were fraudulant and a scam!
No glitches in my local to report! (are there ever?)
