However, I kinda feel that they are to blame as well... If you make a coupon available on the internet with no restricions apart from 'one per item purchased' and in pdf format then people are going to take advantage. That's just what happens. Think they've been a bit naive.
It is a shame how it's turned out thoughNobody likes to see a charity lose out.
I do agree Lookinforabargain. It would have been far better is they just posted colour vouchers out with the packs, but unfortunately they didn't, and the result is that the voucher has been used by many people it was not intended for. I hope they will learn from this error and that next year their vouchers will only be able to be used by the correct people.
I had no idea this voucher was intended for the MS charity, and I doubt that many, if any of us did and because of this it does kinda make your feel bad, even though you know you didn't do anything intentially wrong.
The voucher was placed on so many websites that I'm sure the amount of them used by members here is probably comparably low with that of all the other websites.
I would never encourage or tell anybody they should donate anything, but some people expressed an interest in being able to do so, so for those that want to i thought posting the link may help them out.A clinically depressed person with a sleep condition. I'm in my own little world, but it's ok the people like me here
Any offence is not intentional, I'm really quite harmless0 -

Just to say sorry for quoting a post that contained words that are not allowed. A good and wise friend on here reminded me and I've edited accordingly:) Sorry again for any offence:o
I for one am also grateful to some of the wise (and wicked) posters who pull me up on quoting posts that might get removed .
I guess we all learn a little and with some luck pass on the little , that way we can stay safe and cause no offense to those that may take it . .I was young once , now I get older all the time .0 -
:hello:Just nipping in for a few minutes to say hello lovelies
Sun's still got his hat on hip hip hip hooray! :j
Yesterday was a complete mixed bag. Hosp was running on time and nothing new for Mum, just to continue with the meds she's on. Then we met QOC who is extremely lovely and we had a drink and a good chat:j:j:j:D:D:D
QOC did you make it home without your arms dropping off?Hope your Dad enjoyed his TCO segments! :T
I wanted to take Mum out for lunch but she wasn't really feeling too great so we ended up with a Greggs sausage roll....talk about living the high life! NOT!:o Had a browse around a few out of town shops and nipped into T's but nothing immediately to note and Mum was flagging so didn't stay long. Sat in the pub garden in the sun for a drink but it made Mum's migraine a lot worse so we dashed into Hotel Chocolat to pick up another couple of prizes and then home for her to go to bed
:(:(:(:(
Mum went with her parents and sister to see a home for my Grandfather today. The plan is for him to go in for 2 weeks restbite and if all goes smoothly (which unfortunately we don't expect to happen as he's so angry all the time:() he's going to stay there. It can't continue like this, my Mum's doing more for him than even a carer would and it's killing her:mad:
Went to M's last night for some Rustlers, whoopsies have been DIRE this week, the worst I've ever known! There's nothing on the shelves, I thought the sun would drive shoppers away but it seems to be having the opposite effect! Had some good A's wombles though....£1.75, £1.01 and a £5 off £40 :T
Need to plan a big shop with coupons as we're nearly out of milk and I haven't been able to get any whoopsied for over a week now!:p
My thoughts are with everyone that's struggling:AI missed most of Monday I'm afraid but from early Tuesday morning I've got up til lunchtime so I will try and keep going and make a longer post on what I've read later. I'm so sorry reading some of the posts
You poor things :Axxxx
I'm off for a blood test, will be nice to have a walk in the sun though
Speak to you lovelies later :Axxx'There are people who have money and people who are rich' :heart2: Coco Chanel0 -
