  • ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH I am absolutley FUMING today!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I got my reminded of why I use this forum and enjoy taking t's for a ride! CARP COMPANY!!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad:

Woke up this morning with my neighbour popping round to let me know my CC statements have been going there (they thought it was just tesco mistake and thought nothing of it)

Anyway, my delivery I ordered from direct this week turned up at their house addressed to me. She gave the parcel she recieved to her sister who shares exactly the same first and surname to me - she thought her sister had ordered it to be delivered there as presume she works F/T and wouldnt be in to take the parcel or something- she also lives down our road.

Anyway her sister now has a picnic blanket I ordered and tbh I need to go over and find out when I am going to get it back. Anyway, in true tesco style more of my parcels from the same delivery arrived at their flat today (I was out and they were too)

The parcels were left dumped on their door step so her husband dropped them round as soon as he saw my car pull in.. Got all of my items now except the picnic blanket, and am honestly disgusted with t's right now. Don't know how they can send out stuff in such sh*t condition and feel fine about it?

This basically sumarises the complaint I emailed to them:
-The storage box I ordered arrived in a smashed in half opened cardboard box
-The toy medical kit I ordered for a friends sons birthday present arrived covered in scratches and staining from wherever it had been skidded across the floor or something?
-The toy scooter I brought my son arrived in a half opened but selotaped back together box - competle with lots of dents, scratches dirt marks etc.
I am also missing the bl00dy picnic blanket so will have to sort that out this afternoon, plus so annoyed about the idiot yodel driver too lazy to read a flat number!!!
Might sound like petty things, but to me, if I order something full price, brand new, and pay for deliv I expect it to be delivered in a satisfactory condition and for the actual product box to be in tact and not look like someone has had a go, thought no don't really need this and shoved it back in the box and done a half hearted attempt at taping it up

Also emailed t's last night about the carp mothers day flowers. Am expecting at least a £10 money card.

Hopefully will get more from the direct complaint, I am literally so angry at how they can get it so wrong!

Managed to spill spagetti hoops all over the bl00dy carpet (cream..had to be :mad::mad::mad::mad:!!!) this afternoon so that has just tipped me over the edge, used about £4 worth of vanish to get it out, and still don't know if it will be ok!

Anyway on a more positive note, the sun is shining, and also I have a £10 when you spent £50 M&S online code if anyone wants it? Thought I would ask here first - its only for home stuff though - first one to ask will get it.

    xx

I bought two packets from Mr T's yesterday.

I know we all genuinely didnt know it was for charity, but I have just gone done to works canteen and placed £5 in the charity box. Admittedly, the box is not for MS, but meningitis but it has made me feel slightly better.

If anyone who think we have done this on purpose is reading this, I can honestly assure you that
11+ Elite Couponers, Glitchers and Mega-Bargainhunters would never have used these vouchers had we known they were for a charity bake.

48° John West seared tuna fillets Morrisons 50p

Original price £1.98 so £0.50 seems like a good deal.

These are pouches located with the usual cans of fish.
My store had Italian herb flavour and Sweet Thai red chilli.
I've not tried them before but thought I'd give them a go at this price.

Can be eaten hot or cold apparently.
