i quit 4weeks ao. and found it hard going. i am unpicking woolley jumpers at the moment, it keeps my hands busy. the jumpers came from the jumble and i washed them. the wool is going to the elderly ladies who knit gloves/hats for a charity close to my heart.

i found with the not smoking, just take it one hour at a time.

WOW!! Well done to you both, sounds like we're going to be a non-smoking thread very soon with the rate at which people are giving up on here :T:T:T Fantastic! Keep going guys, I don't have experience with smoking....but I have experience with many other habits (chocolate being the biggest! :o:p) As Looby said tomorrow is another day and I think that's great advice MMW, just to take each hour at a time :D And you'll get there :j

Lovely thing you're doing with the wool too MMW :A

Does anyone know if you can download books to a kindle without connecting to wi-fi? Mine does not want to connect, even though the password is correct. Can you save your book to a file location and then drag it across to somewhere when its plugged in?
Yes, you can download to your PC and copy across. Full details on your Manage Your Kindle page on Amazon. hth

I'd double check that if I were you. I'd be very surprised if this was legal.
I'm with you, FK, on this one.
    What the MOT test includes

    Seat belts
All the seat belts fitted are checked for type, condition, operation and security. All mandatory seat belts must be in place. Check of the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) for air bags and seat belt pre tensioners.
