Need some help. Yesterday I was sorting my stash in the shed and came across a bottle of bleach that had leaked all over the stack box. So I cleaned it all out but seemed to have got some on my new black cardie. Any ideas how I can fix it??

    Morning all.
I would just bleach the whole thing to make it all the same colour and then dye it another colour if it doesn't go completely white. Or you could just get some black dye and dye the bleached bit?

Well I just thought I'd pop out of lurkdom and say hello. Have been reading since Monday and I'm going to do my Easter egg shopping this afternoon before the price flop voucher runs out.

Thanks for the glitches this week. I baked my first lot of bread yesterday :)

Me and my friend are divorcing M's after our local has had a refit and moving on to Mr T's. We used to spend most evenings there picking up reduced pies (29p for four), bread (9p on a good day) and roast chickens (99p) but alas no more :(
    :rotfl:
Hope you all have a happy glitchy day x

Ps What is a golden? and no I don't want any knives thanks x

Happy can I just say something without you hopefully taking it the wrong? Let it go, ignore the FB troll you are letting him win by doing this.
I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!

Can I venture an opinion here
I am not going to quote anyone in particular but for anyone saying or feeling that this thread labels people lurkers or leaves people out..
This thread is unique to any I have found. I have recently found my way here and already I have been welcomed and accepted and made to feel at home and a part of what we are. Something really wonderful has been created here by the goodwill and generosity shared by everyone involved.
To some it may seem an ocean of conversation, which can move extremely rapidly, but it is an ocean we are creating together and one in which we find and share real treasures, many of which impact significantly on our lives.
To those who feel they are unfairly classed as lurkers, no one expects a single person to be involved in every conversation and should you take the time to notice, no one person really is. But we all are interested, we care, and we appreciate the contributions everyone makes and want to contribute ourselves. That is all anyone here is asking.
To all those I have had the pleasure of 'meeting' and who have welcomed and helped me so much since I found my way here, I am and continue to be grateful.
And to this Mark, whoever you are, I do not know why you do what you do. But this place is not about trying to get away with things. This place is about community and support, financial and emotional. Many struggle even to buy the food they need and the support here is for the betterment of people's lives and allowing them to find a way when they felt they could not. So before you try to undermine something you see as black and white, think about what you are really doing.

I am sorry for the length of the post.

    *climbs from soap box*

    ♥ Here here ♥
I need to reactivate it so I can run the MSE DVD club and MSE Home Swap.:rotfl:

HP Original brown sauce in squeezy plastic bottle - 450g.
In low cage at the end of the aisle in my store.
Alerted by A4 sign with £1.29 each on it.
Little label also present stated £1.69.
Checked price on scanner and it said £1.50!
Got two bottles as wanted to get to a £40 shop to receive the £5 off a £40 "till spit" voucher (ends today) for next week.
    84p returned at CS desk! 4 x 21p overcharge (£1.50 - £1.29 = 21p).
