Fab pics Fudge :T:T
We get some stunning sunsets here too.....but neither of us is any good with a camera!!
It sounds like T's fixed the battery glitch between my two T's today.....not very often they get sorted during the day is it?
Still......I managed to use up all my SSM coupons and it ended up with 8 pks costing about £4...so 50p a pack for decent batteries can't be bad
I've worked out what I should have paid in the 2 T's extra's I visited..... £126
and what I actually did pay after DTD on the moon dough, batteries glitch and coupons was £20....and I've got 2 £5 till spits for next week....so it only cost a tenner really :j:j
Then I went to one I'd never found before in Tr@nsit W@y Plym0uth. I thought there might have been some finds there as it's always being mentioned on HUKD ....but it's quite a small Superstore and I found nothing except the cheap Mega bloks....(and a few more bread mixes!!)
If you are reading this Danielle, I got there in the end, but managed to get lost again a few times :rotfl::rotfl:My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -
it really is the dogs gonads!!
My daughter suffers from Eczema and we've tried everything but got some of this last year (at about £25 per 200ml!!)
before going abroad and it was brilliant, she was in and out the pool all day and we only applied once and she didn't burn at all...fantastic stuff, well worth the money!!:T
I agree its amazing stuff, I normally buy it at the airport duty free although sometimes it can be cheaper if you wait until you get to your destination and buy at a chemist. As you say one aplication, no stickiness. Just have to be careful that it has soaked in and wait the time they say before you put clothes on as it does stain - especially white stuff:(If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:0 -
Good evening everyone, good grief you do talk I have LOADS to catch up on!
I've had a mad day around the Land of Mr T and some funny things to share with you!
I finally got myself a phone on DTD:j after looking all week for one...I was sent from pillar to post from CS to phone shop for my "refund" and the conversation with Mr Phone went a bit like this
Mr Phone - Oh Dear, the offer has finished unfortunately, see that there on the label?
Me - Perhaps with a microscope yes.
Mr Phone - I will refund you in full Madam and resell to you at correct price!
Me - Ahem, whilst waiting at CS I perused your T's and C's and believe your policy is DTD not JTD young man.
Mr Phone - Yes that's what I said, I will refund you and resell to you!
Me - You are not listening to me (yes I said that), your policy is DTD not JTD and I would like you to follow it please.
Mr Phone - But JTD is a fabulous idea because after all you were happy to pay £xx for the phone
Me - Yes and if you hadn't made me wait for ages at CS I might never have seen the DTD policy!;)
Mr Phone - Oh.So you would like me to give you DTD then?
Me - Yes!:T
Got there in the end, you would never guess he did sales for a living.
But funnier than that, and I am about to lower the tone so a warning...
A lady was waiting in the CS queue to speak to the manager as several staff had been really rude to her.She said the bakery man was quite rude and she said " I only asked him for some bread it wasn't like I asked him how big his xxxx was":eek::eek: Well me and woman in front of me wet ourselves with laughter it was so unexpected!
I could tell we were on a similar wavelength so I felt it only right I shared the gift of DTD knowledge with her. I feel she will take it on board and use it wisely.:D
Then elsewhere, I was almost trouted with the bread coupons, trout couldn't scan them so had to input all 8 manually:D:D then she apologised to the people waiting behind me! How rude.I made a point of apologising to them myself to spite Trout.
A most entertaining day!:T:T:TLearn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be
And get lots of glitches!0 -

Good night all
I tried explaining to someone today who was buying 4 of them that it would be cheaper if they bought 6 like I was doing and used the coupon in the price flop (there were loads of them in L££ Mill)
They just looked at me gone out and stuck with the 4.....just can't help some people can you!!My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -
.omg if this works. ?
If what works F ????? :rotfl: :rotfl:
I took Alan down to the car boot this morning ........... but I didn't get any offers for him :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Seriously, I took the wheelchair down and pushed him round and we sat having a cuppa and then a breakfast sarnie, chatting all the while with friends, so he enjoyed himself though it was all very tiring for him. I drove him home and then went back down to show a fellow booter into one of the storage units and I sold her a few boxes of bric-a-brac for a tenner. Back home, Alan went to bed after the District Nurse had been and had a good rest as he needed it
I am off to bed now ............... goodnight guys, sleep well
