I love the fillings for wraps can do all the above - but can't for the life of me get the flipping wrapp to stay closed without a toothpick !!!!

    Where am i going wrong???

i fold the bottom up first, then the left side in, then the right

and stick the right side down with a teeny bit of spread that i've used on the main wrap.

And storing it in the fridge for a while afterwards helps too

    Yep!

It's sooooo simple. Value mayo blended with a bit of madras powder or any other curry powder. In a big bowl, strip leftover chicken and then make sure everything is smothered in the mayo mix. Sorted.
    :)

thanks sound simple enough for me

You need to use mayonnaise as the butter and it acts like glue to keep it together. Also roll tightly and cut off the rough ends straight and then cut in half at an angle. I work for my sister's catering company sometimes and that is how she does it.
