grrr...am sooo mad.....can you remember the milk and more glitch on loo roll and cream eggs...worked out at 98p for 36 loo rolls and 6 cream eggs???? Well I put in an order for me, my mum and sis....none were fulfilled...yet just discovered theyve taken £10.98 from my bank!!!
Phoned them and they say as I set up direct debit, thats why the discounts didnt work properly....offered no explanation as to why none of the orders were delivered.....and only offered to credit my milkandmore account with £10.....went a little bit loopy and explained the direct debit quarantee to them.....they are now 'investigating' whats happened and will get back to me!!! Outrageous!!!
I think im going to have the same problem with them. Money not due out yet, and i called them last week. The guy did say they will only take 98p out, but i have a feeling there going to credit my account.0 -
Just back from T's eating heinz chicken soup and ciabatta with lurpack very:money:
I can confirm that the four packs of heinz tomato, chicken or veg sooup are £1.50. I got 10 packs for lunches with school hols coming up. Thank you op:T
I also got boys gola trainers reduced to £10 went through at £3 and 2 handbags down from £15 to £2:T
Some posh robinsons cordial orange and maderin 39p a litre.
Also got T's own 250ml pure lemon juice 41p(500ml was £1.39) and 250ml pure lime juice 55p from the baking section both are really cheap and I'll make a lemon and lime love cake later.
Lovely SA manually inputted my wrights bread mix vouchers but funnily they scan at M's but not T's.
Thank you to everyone for saving me so much money:j0 -
I gave up bread making a while ago when the paddle on my machine broke. With all your wonderful tales of 'bap' making, I went out on got myself some bread mix. It was very sticky so took the tin of bread flour out to add some to the mix and it was crawling with flour mites. I have been plagued with them and keep my baking flour in a kilner jar but I thought this tin was also airtight. They even managed to crawl into a McDougall's flour tub with a plastic pop up lid. Only telling you all this because the more flour you store the more likely you are to have these things. As the coupon doesn't expire until the end of the year just buy what you need for the week.0

If you freeze your flour for 48hrs when you buy it before putting it in the cupboards this should stop any nasties. I'm not sure about putting the bread mixes in the freezer though it might affect the yeast. HTH0 -

Sausages were non-stickered at my local. Not a surprise. Did pick up some of the breadmix. Other half will be happy. As the voucher lasts for ages there is no need to dash out and stock up.
Except out local is small so if we go further afield I may look to see if they have different ones.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
Lily contracted Strep B Meningitis Dec 2006  Now seemingly a normal little monster.

I hate these. We have had em in the past.
I know a lot of folk don't bat an eyelid as the flour you buy is often contaminated anyway but it sure puts me off.
Thanks for the warning. I will pop mine in tubs. :T:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

Probably but two wrongs don't make a right. You could have been more diplomatic which I presume is why your post was removed.0
