I just threaten to move to Tmobile because they offer me 12 p xnet call. The retention team agree to match this tariff and offer me 300 text per month and 1mb Orange world if I top up every month. It is even better than Tmobile :beer:

I also spoke to thes people last week and changed my daughters and my phone over to a similar deal.

All seemed good until the I discovered the credit was active for 1 month only and only to orange numbers (and not even customer services).

Kept my daughters phone on Orange due to text cost but have ported mine to Tesco as I have quite a bit of Tesco credit due to their current air time promotion. ie buy a phone get £20 credit and then return the unopended phone but keep the credit
