o2 upgrade Help!!!
hi everyone, i need some advise on o2 upgrade
my OH due to upgrade in dec 2006, so when we were in london just after x'mas, we went to one of the shop and ask for upgrade. He get the phone he wanted, and as he was on Discount 500 at that time, he didn't want to change it, and he confirm with the SA that he can still have the same tarrifs with the upgrade.
On the contact, there is a line for tarrifs, and it said 'exiting tarrifs'.
But today, when we received the phone bill, o2 charge us full price!!!
OH rang o2 customer service and they said the discount for 12 month only, so he need to pay full price starting from this month.
so what shall we do? we don't really want that expensive tarrifs, espically when you can get somthing better from another company.
