trouble getting back to google home page

How do I add a Google icon to the top bar, so I don't have to type https://www.google. Every time I want to use it?

above the results on a light gray bar area I have the word google on the left and my gmail.com address on the right and a big empty space in between where the search box should be.

Open 'Paint' and paste it in. You can then save it as a jpeg.

You'll still need somewhere like Photobucket to upload it to though, before you can post it on here.

no search box at the top of the results and if I press the home page button it just brings up the results again.
