Can I join the club as well please?????
Must admit I was half expecting this - well it was either that or go away I was expecting as I put down quite a large BT.
To be honest I doubt very much that I will get this offer but there's no harm in trying I suppose!2014 Target;
To overpay CC by £1,000.
Overpayment to date : £310

just phoned them up and they have now told me that they will be sending out the paper work for me to sign.
i think this will be for most people, they told me that maybe there was a couple bits of info they still needed?
dont know what that meant but was told by a man called rachael ( yes you heard me correctly) that once my paper work is signed and sent back they will process the credit card.
i thought mbna may have stitched me up as i tried to change my balance 2 months ago but was refused as i already had a card with them, apparently it shouldnt go against me as it was not through any kind of default.what is the plural of moose?

brummybloke
What number did you phone?
I have just tried various numbers from their site and each time failed to speak to a human, recorded messages and press this and press that number.
The gist of it being they are swapped out and it could take 28 days to hear.0 -
alared, I rang their general enquiries phone number (for customers). Then, when prompted for my account number, I just didn't input one. Eventually, it put me through to a customer service advisor. I was told the same as brummybloke - my application had been accepted (provisionally?!) and that I should receive my credit agreement through the post within 7-10 days.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

I'm wondering if those who have been told that they have been accepted, whether it is for "a" credit card, or if it is for "the" 18 month credit card. I was "accepted" last time, but only for the 6 month one.0

I had posted that it may be a 'post code lottery' as to why some were accepted instantly and others had to wait the 14 days, as it seems that the paper applications were only in magazines in certain parts of the country.0

t_i_g_e_rr, I actually called them twice. The first time I was told that I'd been accepted for the 18 month deal and would receive the credit agreement in the post soon. (This was 20 minutes after I'd applied online and had received the 10-14 days reply.) The second time, I was told that I'd been provisionally accepted and that I'd receive the credit agreement in the post soon, but...
I may get a different card to the one I'd applied for.
I was also told that there are no fees on BTs and you can BT for free at 0% interest for the duration of the 18 month period. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

According to Martin - the direct link has now closed - see his original thread re the offer.
They must have been inundated.

Got the 14 day message. Think this might be because I have moved house within the last two years and changed banks as well.
Don't mind waiting so long as the answer is yes!0
