Am I alone in getting really fed up with the Mail Rewards Club? I was furious when they raised the amount of points required for each Reward by a huge amount, however I stuck with it.
Now, after buying the Mail and Sunday Mail for 6 months I finally qualified for my £25 M&S voucher mid September. Heard nothing for around a month and contacted them only to be told that it had been despatched. However, I never received their promised email informing me that it had been dispatched. I was told to complete a non-delivery form and return it to them which I duly did and heard nothing. Got in touch again to be told that they were out of stock of M&S vouchers and one would be sent when they were back in stock. Contacted them again today to be told that it was sent yesterday. Again I did not receive the promised email informing me that it had been despatched. When I told them this, saying that it was not in my 'spam' folder because I check this each day, their response was "I am sorry you don't seem to be receiving your despatch email as this is quite unusual. I have since contacted our IT Department and been advised, they are unable to detect any problems. The emails are automatically linked to the despatch system and when the order changes to 'Despatched' an email is sent automatically. If you have any further questions please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.". I have also been told that if I don't receive this Reward then they will not resend it. So I could have spent 6 months collecting the points and paying for The Mail all for nothing. If I have any problems receiving this one I am going to write to Wednesday's own Money Money Pages asking them to investigate further.0 -

Mine arrived within about 3 days of ordering.0 -
Yes..........my vouchers have always arrived quickly..........perhaps in this case could be the fault of Royal Mail?joe2cool0

Interesting that I am not the only one who does not receive a 'despatch' email when they are saying that it is automatically linked to when the reward is sent. I will contact them again and tell them that I posted online and at least 3 others have also not received the 'despatch' email so there is something wrong with their system. I had wondered if I had not got it because it had never been sent but this is obviously not the case when the rest of you actually received your reward. Fingers crossed that mine appears within the next few days!0
