My Mum couldn't find anything either.
No card, no number on back page, nothing.
Thinks she's going mad now....0 -

There is a telephone number which you can both phone to explain this and they may ask you a couple of questions about what is in the newspaper or what is in the magazine on certain pages and they should then give you a code. I think the telephone number may be on the Mail Rewards page in the mag but I've not checked yet, that's where it used to be."For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."0 -
Gave up weeks ago, too much hassle for a £5 er, and Putting them on the back is daft.....they aint half gonna get a lot of phone calls.0

There is also an online facility for "problems with unique number".
Glancing at the back cover before buying will solve the issue of missing/illegible numbers at least. Just choose another copy if there is a problem. I always used to check for the card if the magazine wasn't wrapped so actually easier now.
I actually think it's ok like this but I don't see them doing it long term, too many problems as people have said.0 -

I seem to remember with the old club, that if missed any given saturday or sunday, then your account was totally reset and you lost everything.
How does this work now - do you have to buy every single paper to avoid this penalty?
Help!
Thanks.0 -

I think now you can buy the papers as and when you want to and the points are banked for a year? I might be wrong but this is how I read it x0
