Does anyone know if you have to activate it first before use? Had 2,waited 2 months since last trying to spend them and then were accpeted in Boots & Halfords. Since then have got another 2 and tried again the other day to use one and was declined at till so jilted the purchase as i wnated to use it in the purchase! I am wandering wether there is some sort of time-lock from despatch to when you can spend them without having to go through all this declining and the card i think is the problem as its cheaply made of card/no chip or nothing even the free tesco gift card is made of plastic which you get when you started the rewards club and had no trouble at all with that one!
Its very frustrating:(>>http://www.flexecash.com/flexecash/love2shop-retail/home.htm Thats the company thats bankrolling these cards for the daily mail ...just wandering as you check with your card no on this website its balance... so wandering why the Mail has not mentioned on its club site that you have to activate it or indeed why have they not menyioned it to members who choose that card:money:0 -
Christmas Break
As you may be busy or away over Christmas, the Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday will not be issuing Unique Numbers between 24 December 2011 and 1 January 2012. This is to make sure you don't miss any on your way to your next Reward. All collection periods starting from Sunday 27 November will be affected by this and you will see on your Account Summary page that these dates will be blanked out on in the dated drop-down box. You will be able to finish collecting for your Reward from Saturday January 7, 2012.
We would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.0
