Vodafone Upgrade - Help

My (2nd) contract with vodafone is up in a month and a half so i phoned them to see what deal i could get. This years contract was £12 for the first 9 months then £20 for the remaining 3 months. This is for Anytime 75 Stop the Clock.
They offered me a contract to pay £11 for the first 9 months then rising to £22 for the remaining 3 months. Or a Nokia 6280 and paying £26 a month.
The guy wouldnt let me go away to think about it so i had to hang up the phone on him, and luckily i had a call waiting.
I know that i wont be a valued customer as its quite a low contract, but i would have thought they'd offer me something better than this!?
Has anyone dealt with Vodafone and got a much better deal? I'd love any tips of how i could get them to lower it further, otherwise i'll be looking for a new provider.
Thanks for you help.

Lol! So it seems Vodafone dont really want to keep their existing customers. I'm sure i've heard other networks treat their customers alot better than this.
Vodafone disconnections it is for me.0 -
go into a vodafone shop or go online.
I personally write that i wish to terminate my contract as of the date it is up and get a brand new phone and contract, they seem to give the better deals to "new customers" than existing.I heart The Capital0 -

This last week they have also basically told me they dont care if i stay with them or not. I wanted to upgrade to one of the promotions they are currently advertising, but they would have none of it. "They're only for new customers" was the response over and over again.
Surely they wouldnt need to spend so much on advertising to gain new customers if they spent a bit on keeping their existing ones!0 -

I've contacted Vodafone with this link (not that they'll care of course) to show them how theyre losing customers.
Maybe they'll take some notice, but i'll bet they won't.0
