Hello,
I have a x6 nokia mobile and I have recently started using the music player. I have only ever downloaded from either amazon or nokia ovi player. I have an album which for no apparent reason it refuses to play. The album is listed in my Nokia music, it has a little orange symbol scored through in red. When I attempt to select the song the exact message is "Unable acquire licence. Unknown content provider. I"
I cant find the properties of the album to work out when I downloaded it or what format it in and I cant find it in either my amazon/ovi account history.
I am in touch with Nokia Help but they just keep me to runround asking me to provide the above information plus a screen shot (which I dont know how to do).
Thanks for any help.

Funnily enough I have exactly the same problem and in process of exploring solutions, got a response today (had to chase for it). Try this:
Quote:
In order to use your Nokia X6-00 as an MP3 player you need to copy the files to your phone properly. Connect your X6-00 to your PC as usual, remove all MP3 files in your phone's memory.
Disconnect your X6-00 from your PC after all files are removed.
Now connect your X6-00 once again to your PC, now notice there is a small menu in your phone's display.
Make sure you choose media transferring. The PC will then search for the drivers required.
Now, Go to Nokia Suite and transfer music to your phone.Unquote
I hav'nt tried this solution yet, but plan to. Let me know how it works for you.
Thanks

Hello,
Its worked for most of the albums apart from one.
I do very occassionally download from Amazon too although I dont remember downloading this one from there - would cause a problem?
It plays fine on Nokia Ovi on my computer.
