Just given my 6 month reading. Credit in my account gone down from £450 to £150, nicely covering the coldest months of the year with funds to spare.
DD went up (again!) from £100/month to £163/month!
It always goes up.l It never makes sense. So much for the Budget Plan making things easier.
Awaiting a call back tomorrow to sort, as they don't have the figures 'on their system' until then.0 -

Welcome to the club!
At least it only takes a phone call to get the DD back to something realistic - and they actually answer the phones now much more promptly than before.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. Perhaps they use the industry flows containing the estimates sent to them? You have to be so careful with these as they spew out some stupidly higgh values at times and even negative values, all of which can wreck DD estimation if you used it.
Have they converted to a new SAP system? If so, sounds like they've got design issues.
I feel sorry for the staff, you can bet they are pretty fed up getting no help as well.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
