As your statement was produced on the 13/03/12 and the DD instruction was not set up until 22/03/12 the payment would have not been collected by DD for that month. The instruction needs to be in place before the statement is generated.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0

So why didn't RBS cards attempt to take the payment from RBS bank, as this DDI was already in place? As your statement was produced on the 13/03/12 and the DD instruction was not set up until 22/03/12 the payment would have not been collected by DD for that month. The same has happened to me kind of recently with HSBC I requested to change my DD details but because my statement had already been produced they could not collect the payment from my new account for that month.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0
