tried in the big currys in derby, not a sausage, even though i gave him the codes. he said they had no ps2s at all, let alone the cheaper packages. they've been discontinued and they're not getting new stock in.
i've not tried at the little currys digital in derby though, but i doubt they'll be of use.0 -

My big Currys knew nothing, but the tiny little digital store in town had several and put one aside for me.. the little store is probably more likely, maybe it is old Dixons stock??Student moneysaving club - member no. 6Uni Reading0 -
Glitchius,
the only place near derby that has one is, ilkeston (bath street) its a singstar, but they wont sell it cause its on a head office recall. they're waiting for a reply to see if they can sell it, and at the mo the girl in the shop says she's put my name and number on it, and will ring me in a day or so when they hear. (do i believe that?)
if they do, i've now got one from loughborough so it surplus to my needs, PM me some details if you're interested, and i'll give you the info you need to pick it up.
after that as i said there appears to be a few in melton mowbray.
i tried the smaller stores, just asked them to sku check against all 3 numbers then asked for each one where else near to them was showing stock. it really depends how bad you want one as to how far you can travel.
if you call the 0845 number for an individual store , then at the options go for five its the line directly to the store you want to speak to.0 -
cheapaschips funny i spoke to Ilkeston at around 1.30 and they said they it was showing on stock but they couldn't find it - i too got my local currys to do a search the guy in Notts was really helpful but no joy. i can't really get any further afield than derby so it was my last hope. Its funny but i can't help wondering where all this apparent missing stock is !!i'm living in a parallel universe0

It's an official SONY one in a yellow box, and yes, they're both together in the same pack. Sticker on box says £29.99.startrekker wrote:Headcook, your bad, imagine trying to limit your hubbie to how much time he spends enjoying himself.....hope my wife doesnt find out about this shame on you
I can't wait to see the look on his face when he sees it.......0
