Long story, was with tiscali broadband, requested MAc code, gave it to BT, Bt were useless so I cancelled the change over before it happened (after they were 2 weeks late activating me). Yesterday I couldn't connect so I called tiscali who said BT had used the mac code that I gave to them so no longer with tiscali. Still with me? However I have sent back the phone and hub to BT and do not want to carry on with BT. I have connected to the internet using bt's freephone number, the horrid stroppy bloke at BT told me that it might be free but he's not sure. Will I get charged for it? I am using my BT password and their freephone number.

Not sure about BT's one, but I have a free internet dialup number if you want - probably won't be super-sonic broadband speed, but PM me if you want it
