My OH won on the 21st April and hasn't had his cheque yet. I know a few people on here received their cheque last week, so maybe they're processing them in batches! Let me know what they say!

Will do Zaney. I won on the 17th. I emailed earlier but have not had a reply as yet. I'll post here soon as I hear anything.

can i ask what email did you all use to contact them, i have loads of emails missing especially over the bank holiday last week. Thanks

If you're referring to missing emails, I just used the contact number for Britvic Customer Care (0800 032 1767). They say there is no issue with their promotion, but clearly there is as I'm still waiting for emails to be received for this afternoon (12pm - 4pm).

It could be your own email server. It is not by any chance Yahoo you are using is it?

I ask this as I had terrible problems with Yahoo mail not being received or even taking days to arrive. Hubby and I used to periodically send test emails to each other and 9 times out of 10 they did not arrive. I complained and complained to Yahoo but they kept on saying there was not a problem!!

I now use gmail instead and have had no problems whatsoever.

I have had some missing emails from this comp though so do believe that there is some issue at their end!

I too use Gmail but have only had two LEM's all day. I was hoping that they don't send you a LEM when a WEM is on the way, but now I've seen these posts
