Well done on maxing it twice! I won nearly a month ago, but have not yet received the cheque. I wonder if anyone else on here is in the same position or if I should be worried at this stage.

Can I ask that people who aren't receiving the emails (LEM's) to contact Britvic directly. There excuse to me was that it was a server error on my end, which is totally untrue. However, they did ask that if I knew anyone who was experieincing the same issue (some emails arriving and others not arriving) to contact them directly.

Yes, got that e-mail to say that my cheque would arrive in the coming weeks, but not heard since.

we got our cheque no more than 2 weeks after that so if its been longer maybe email them again
