BT Billing Issues

I apologise if this is the wrong place to post this, so please let me know if it is.
I cancelled BT broadband back in January, and switched to Plusnet. BT basically ignored this and continued to bill me for broadband - which resulted in me calling up, speaking to a customer support person who suggested I pay then see if I could get a refund. I refused and insisted on speaking to his manager, who was helpful, and promised to refund the mistaken broadband charges. He sent me an email confirming that my next and final bill would be £20, which I paid.
I am being charged by Plusnet for my broadband (which BT also cut off early).
I hae now switched my line rental as well. Yet this month, I got a bill including line rental (for next month), a refund, and hilariously, another broadband charge for March, (when I cancelled 2 months ago).
I hae tried emailing, speaking to customer support online and calling. I am really upset now, as I was promised the issue was fixed. I cancelled my direct debit to them as they kept taking money they weren't owed (one time they took their payment twice, putting me past my o'draft limit) and I don't want this to affect my credit rating.
I can't afford to pay them for the sake of a quiet life, and I shouldn't either - they're stealing from me.
They aren't supplying me with anything - what can I do?
Can I report them to anyone?

Did you give the required notice for your contract? Were you still in minimum term contract? Did you switch using a MAC obtained from BT and given to Plusnet within 30 days?No free lunch, and no free laptop0
